Robert C. Pierce, 23, son of Mr. And Mrs. Clarence V. Pierce, died Jan. 29, 1957, in Georgetown Hospital, Washington D. C., of a heart condition. Robert C. Pierce was born June 20, 1933, in Inlet, where he had been a lifelong resident. He had been a log truck operator.
    On May 9, 1954, he married the former Madeline Cole in Tupper Lake. Besides his wife and parents, he is survived by two sons, Robert C. and Stephen V., both of Inlet; and one brother, Charles. The funeral was held from the home with a Requiem High Mass from St. Anthony's Church. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Old Forge.

Mrs. Mary B. Robinson died Jan. 15, 1957 at the MacMaster Nursing Home in South Glens Falls. Mrs. Robinson was a resident of Long Lake but had been spending the winter in Glens Falls. The funeral was held at 1 o'clock yesterday afternoon from the Calvary Methodist Church with the Rev. Frederick Adams officiating. Bearers were McKinley Hamner, Lawrence Keller, Howe Stanton, William Begley, Bart Kelley and Arthur Parker.
    Surviving are her husband, Isaac B. Robinson; two nephews, Duryea Leggett of New York City, and Turlington Harvey of Evanston, Ill.
