In the name of God, Amen:

I David Aird of the town of Lake Pleasant, Hamilton County, New York do make publish and declare this as and for my last will and testament.

First--I direct my executor, hereinafter named to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as the [word here looks like sauer, could be same] can conveniently be done after my decease,

Second. I give devise and bequest all my estate, real and personal whatsoever and whensoever to my beloved wife Margaret Aird to her own proper use, benefit and behoof forever

Third. I hereby appoint my said wife executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking any and all other wills by me at any time made.

In witness whereof I here have unto set my hand and seal this twenty sixth day of February in the year of our Lord nineteen hundred and four.

Present to the provisions of the revised status this 12th day of March 1906.
