As with the transcription of any census records, the original should be consulted for accuracy, since handwriting and microfilm copy legibility quality can be difficult to read, especially unusual names!
NOTE: For other towns it has been noted that the age in months of children under 1 year of age is consistent with a date of 1 June 1850 (not with the date of when the census was actually taken). As the census enumerator was the same person for the entire county and since he seems to be quite consistent in many aspects of his recording of this census, it seems likely that this is true for children in this town as well!
